Aren't All Shutters The Same? No They Aren't!
I have dealt with 6 different shutter companies before coming to Norman Shutters. Four of the 6, I would not even offer at half price. The other 2 companies are just overpriced compared to Norman. Norman's standards are well above the average shutter offered. The quality exceeds the price you will pay for them. For Duff, it just comes naturally. Norman Shutters are by far, second to none, from start to finish. In September of 2015, I enjoyed a complimentary tour of the Norman production facility in Dongguan, China near Hong Kong. Duff is one of the few to use a Direct Mount install. Over 18 years and this still is my number #1 install. This installation is defined at consultation. This allows the client to utilize Tilt-in-Windows, without the use of a frame placed on the existing trim around the window. SERIOUSLY -- Why would a homeowner, after choosing beautiful trim, accept something covering it up. P.S. If any competitor tells you this is not a good option, and that they don't offer it as an install option, you should then start to notice red flags popping up all over.
